New works for artistic excellence by Vincent Hantam, dance artist in residence at Moray House School of Education. This work was in collaboration with set designers from RCS, costume designers of ECA, and set to music by emerging composers at the Reid School of Music. Colours was inspired by the life work of Margaret Morris and envisioned by Wendy Timmons, University of Edinburgh. Collaborating with three other designers, we created costumes which used Morris's original, Grecian silhouettes for inspiration. These designs were constructed out of parachute silk and hand dyed.
